This quest (//%22http://img600.imageshack.us/img600/4152/spidereggsquest.jpg%22) does not seem to work. I click on the pile of spider eggs and no dialogue window appears.
Usually when you find something or someone with an OOC quest notification text that you can't interact with, it's because you need to be on a specific quest involving that placeable to be able to access it (see for example how most recipients of delivery quests are labeled with the same information as the quest starter). The marker, I guess, is mostly there to let you know that it's quest related. Not sure if that's the case with that specific placeable, but whenever I have seen it, I've figured that's what's up.
It's part of a quest that you get somewhere else and as far as I know is useless without having first taken the quest.
Think of it like the rubble in the wardens and zig, you need to talk to the gnome in the mythallar room first before you can start searching them for valuables.
