Title: Turn Reptilians

Turn reptilian from the Reptilian Domain doesn't seem to affect various snakes, nor kobolds.

As the first were reptilian animals, whereas the second are humanoid reptilians, I do not know what the turn reptilian is supposed to be affecting.

I know it used to work in the UD on great lizards and stone lizards.
