This perk seems to be acting as the bless spell, thus not stacking with it. I recall that it used to but may be mistaken, but either way it's a bug I believe.

This also seems to be effecting Divine Favor, making it (at current) only +1 rather than a +2 bonus for my level, effectively making this perk a nerf to my AB.

Edit: To be more precise, without activating this perk I would be at +2 from divine favor, and +1 from bless. I am now receiving +2 total AB from all effects listed, rather than what should be +4. (Bless, perk, +2 divine favor)

Wait, War Screamer affects yoursef too? I thought it only used to affect allies.

Still a bug, and does not boost the allies AB above bless (and likely favor power bugged as well).
