These don't appear to work. Paid him the ten gold, got to the "What do you want it to say" Said what I wanted, and hit done. Unless the delay on it is really really really long, they aren't working.
Same thing happened for me yesterday, Warden's District. I used the "whisper" channel so as not to be overheard, which may have been a part of it.
You cannot use whisper.
