A minor thing, but I think that it would be cool if the Conclave had their own dyes available or a dye barrel to colour equipment to match their uniform. The faction's regularly full of members (usually the mages as Fullplate is good) with loot that's better than their uniforms, thus they don't wear it and it's not as obvious we're a faction. I'll bring this up IC if it's feasible to implement.

Well, to be fair the uniforms don't suit some classes at all. For instance, a rogue would never wear that light armor, it's horrible for them. However, it can still be worn as a uniform when one is needed.
Actually, with Bailey I made a cloth "uniform" using a very similar appearance to the light armor, and wore that when needed since you can get those colors at the tailors. She wore her DM loot gown otherwise, which didn't really match the Conclave colors but it's not a big deal.
I was just thinking its nice to wear more of a "uniform" as in dye cloaks and helms to match the given armour, nice touch as I said, no big deal.
As I recall, the Watch had it for their armor colour, and used it for helms. Found some way back in the UD.
