Specifically, it's done more than anything I've ever seen on EFU to give wizards access to unusual higher level spells nobody learns because Fireball/Haste/Stoneskin/Imp Invis are the old standbys.
Good job. It's nice to see a load of mage consumables dropping on a quest, rather than potions too.
I agree. I'd also like to add that to the extent of my own experience of the new quests so far, all this new loot is very imaginative and interesting. Kudos to the DM's that made this happen.

12 gold a pop for the scrolls, bwahaha. Admittedly I'd like a small redesign since one particular part is certain death for a person who does not cast the right spell and walk in first.
