Title: Update factions

This is probably really nonsensical, but it would be nice if the factions were updated on the main website.  This would lead to a lot less misinformation for folks who are new.  For instance, House Sharboneth and the Nightrisers are still listed as a playable faction.

House Sharboneth is a playable faction. None of you Noobs know where to find them though.

I dunno, but the current thing about House Sharboneth on the factions page mentions nothing about applications being possible, and also clearly states how they were deposed and everything.

Technically one could still apply for a PC who belonged to house sharboneth and survided, right?
