Could some of these perhaps be peeked at? They're really neat, and an interesting touch, but sometimes it's just not fun to transition through and have 20 or more things pounding on you immediately as the loading screen ends.
Areas in which you spawn immediately into monsters should be mentioned so I can take a look, but in general people should be aware that this form of travel is risky and that transitioning while stealthed or invisible may be prudent.
Tweaked a few things though anyway.
I ran into four of these transitions in a row that just looped me back to where I was standing. I know that this is intentional, but the number of times it happened seemed strangely high and I think they might be broken.
