Title: Broken Transition: Heart of the Forgotten Forest
Post by: Wrexsoul on June 16, 2011, 11:43:57 PM
Broken for real, not just mysterious; Confirmed by Cluckyx.

In the Heart of the Forest, the transition leading north from the clearing with the unintelligible runed stone slab, right before the clearing with the mist visions, transitions you to the hill with the "High Point" tower, instead of wherever it's supposed to lead. To clarify, it is a square clearing, with the stone slab in the middle; The eastern transition leads to the mist visions, the northern one is the broken one.

I hope this is precise enough, I'd rather not spoil too much about it for those who've yet to see the place first-hand.

OH, That's a bug? Now it makes more sense. >_> I just chalked it up to more strange mist isms.

At first, me too, but then I realized that even with mist, teleporting on top of a steep hill with no sort of corresponding second cave mouth or anything to appear out of was a bit fishy, so I sent a dm tell.

That transition has been a bug for ages. You need a DM to unlock it, I think, since it goes to the HORN OF THE ISLE (no one wants to see Ymph's dong}

Thomas, then it should simply transition to itself, like all closed mist paths do. Rather then taking you somewhere else entirely.

As usual, Thomas is thinking of something else.

Bug fixed.

You need to explore the Mist more. It seems to make no sense plenty of time.

It always makes no sense in a logical way >_> Having seen my fair share of mist, I figured this one didn't, so I reported it. Glad to hear it's fixed, looking forward to checking it out!
