Was at the spring east of Mistlocke with another player when a sending was made, neither of us received it.
Things of note:
-Unsure where sending originated, whether from market or Muskroot tower. Maybe both cannot Send to Freshwater Springs?
-World Tree sendings occassionally bug, not Send properly. Unsure if able to hear in Freshwater Springs.
Probably all three should be tested.

Sending Tree only works in wilderness areas, so many areas won't count for receiving messages.
