So yea...chapter three. EFU:A is outdated, so here is a few suggestions.
Mistlocke Signet Ring-
The symbol on this ring is faded and worn out, but the five rose leaf petals are noticeable.

Abandoned Stygian Armor
An old fullplate, its formerly blued surface rusted, and most of the shark teeth decorating it cracked and chipped. Many parts are missing from it.
(rare drop from Nightrisers)

Bitterly Note on Stargazer Totem
"Although this was once a stargazer totem, it has since been wasted of it's power. Srawled onto it is a small note:
Great job, wildlings, you started the apocalypse!"
Alchemist's Friend
This small arcane device can be used once a day to summon a large, pathetically trusting, friendly rat. Canny alchemists tend to use these rodents as test subjects for their more unpredictable brews.
Summon Creature I, 1/day
Rat theme, Summoned Rat Friend.
Usable only by evil imo.
Poor rats :(
It's odd to me that there are so many great monk gloves but so few kamas. Monk gloves are a weapon that goes from 1d4 to 1d10 dmg depending on level and have plenty of +1 ones. They're the only weapon a monk can still get their bonuses with, and weaker than fists, so some useful ones would be cool.
Island Brushreaper
This tool has a vicious serrated edge for cutting through thick undergrowth. It would be an awkward weapon to use but powerful in the right hands.
-1 damage
+1d4 Slashing Damage
Paired Kama
This kama appears perfectly balanced for a particular hand. It would only feel right with a matching twin.
//OOC: Only use with another Paired Kama
Bonus Feat: Ambidexterity
Bonus Feat: Two-Weapon Fighting
Deathclaw's Fang
A kama made out of the fang of a great lizard, and used by saurian Deathclaw assassins. It drips corrosive venom.
Bonus Feat: Use Poison
Damage Bonus: +1 Acid Damage

Long death cultist monks any one?
Piece of Water
This chilling cube of frozen water is kept safe in a small insulated case. While common in the city, it's rarity in the vast deserts of Ymph makes it a highly valuable trinket. It is likely best eaten soon before it melts away, but not too quickly as to overwhelm the senses.
Haste/Slow - Single use - Expires on reset
Mist-Stripped Bones
These bones were picked clean by the mist. They now have magical powers!
You thank your lucky stars that some bloke died so you could have this handy bit of work.
10 Charges
Displacement: 5 Charges/per use
Ghostly Visage: 2 Charges/per use

This coat is made of undead animal skins. This is definately a good way to be frowned upon by just about any decent creature.

Potion of the Dreamer
Sleep, Self
Great for those long spooky nights where you're too darn frightened to fall asleep, or to give obnoxious kids.

This crystal necklace seems to have a bit of Mist swirling inside... you feel invigorated by it, yet also weakened by it.
