I am requesting this because it makes more sense. Dogshead has pledged himself to the new government and as a Helmite he is now in service to this government. I'd like to see his banner changed to reflect that - "The Colony Banner" - joining that Banner if you're loyal to the new government.
It opens the banner up to a much larger selection of people.
