This drops only on the Defense of the Bogs quest.

It contains no healing charges, so it's just a worthless rock at the moment.

I was going to report this earlier, I found the same drop. 1 charge/use Cure Light 5, but no charges. Similarly the banded mail off Brood Hive has Stinking Cloud 1 charge/use but 0 charges.
