Secondary Parry is giving +1 per 5 ranks.

My halfling fighter with 6 ranks (+6), 10 EFUSS Secondary Parry Ranks, 18 dex (+4), a chain shirt (-2) and skill focus (parry) (+3) has a total of +13, meaning that the 10 secondary parry ranks are only adding +2.

As intended. You get +1 parry per 5 ranks in secondary parry.

It's giving +1 when it should be giving +3, as Howland said (look at the quote).

This is still a problem, unless it's been fixed but hasn't updated the stats of those who already have ranks in it.
