It has a save. Given the power massing invisible buffed summons has on EFU, if someone has the foresight to memorize Dismissal, a high level spell for PCs then more power to them.

I think it should be changed to not unsummon animated undead, personally. Other than that I think it's a great spell for countering the really quite powerful abilities summoners get.

I'll agree with that now that necromancy isn't really supported by the main city setting of EFU:M. On EFU:A though, necromancy was so overpowered because it was supported and even encouraged at some points.
