This doesn't actually work. There is no save to resist or effect from it. Tested it from a think called (Might mispell) Derelixer. Character name Kara Arashil, Flaming_Lily.
None of the dragon effect brews work
I just used a dragon breath: weaken helmet yesterday, and that worked at least! Just need them potions fixed it seems.
