The Viridian Algae and the fungus are no longer available as the areas they used to be in have been removed from the module. This makes the quest impossible. I'd suggest moving the plants to be in areas near Mistlocke, going out into the Withered areas for the Grazen Herbs would be pretty harsh for a 2-4.
