Title: Running NWN Windowed

I used to be able to run NWN at max resolution in windowed, swapping between FS and window with a tap of Shift Enter.

On reinstalling I did the whole AllowWindowedMode=1 bit to the .ini, and even set my game res lower than my desktop res, but i'm still having difficulty getting it to work right - alt tabbing or trying to window results in ackward flickering and no window, just minimizing to taskbar. Any idea's?

I have the same issue and have yet to figure it out. Makes checking chat or whatever while IG a real pain.

You must also set the "Fullscreen=1" to 0.

I did. No windowing. Just minimizing/flickering/.

Same here. Are you running Windows 7? I don't know why but I feel like it has something to do with that.

The windowed mode works fine for me on Windows 7. I don't think my version is the most recent, however.

I actually resolved this. Solution?

I turned off administrator mode, compatibility mode, and intro movies. Now I can run at max res and pop into windowed to do other things
