Feena the Wise One only says "Greetings." to my Stargazer within the level range for her quest, and does not give dialogue.

Yes, you require a druid to take the quest.

Ahh. That would explain why the druid telling me to take the quest wasn't having problems. Thanks!

I complained for months when I had a Ranger that other classes should be able to do the quest.  But, it is still the same.  Good luck to you
