Make the Dwarf Hold an Association for us Dwarves! Clearly it was added to give dwarves a place to park their asses.

Sounds like a good idea, although we don't want to split the player base. I do like dwarves, so any active group will probably attract my attention.
Chances are that hardly anyone will camp the dwarfhold like they did the docks and dominion, we'll stick to mistlocke.
I'd just like free resting and maybe some storage there though. :(
Speaking as someone who tried this, it was hard to keep people using the Hold even when we had a player faction going, as there's no reason to hang about there. There's no space for events, no way to make sendings, it's inconveniently far off and it charges for rest. Our PCs would just spawn there then go to Mistlocke. In many ways the old Foothills hold was better in EfU:A, being close to the main town, on the way to a lot of quests (so people passed by it often) and well suited to a player faction. Thronur's Delving is a fantastic area to look at, but it doesn't offer much to PCs.
If someone do rock out that area and utilize it as a faction base, setting the stage for dwarven supremacy, this may be looked into. Going to lock this for now.
