Title: Poisoned Well Quest Reward

As I turned in the quest and recieved the gold I was also given a second "PVP Tool". Not sure if this bugs the character in any way, so I tossed it away. But figured you're supposed to get something else.

This happened with the Aberdenn Distillery before, I guess it's the same bug.
