Title: Door to the second level of the Floating Enclave

The door to the second level of the floating enclave cannot be opened with the Transcendent Conclave key granted to Caliphars. Mort tells me that it is supposed to be open to them, is this a bug?

Not a bug. Sharantil and Xigiator keys should now work appropriately, however.
