I was exploring a couple of days ago, and wanted to see here. Trouble is, 75 gold's incredibly steep to just visit the place, as opposed to using it as an easy shortcut from the mountains. I suggest instead that the toll be placed only on entering the Delving from the Waterfall side or that it be reduced to a token 10 gold from the Veil entrance. They say it's to stop monsters being drawn there, but the veil's pretty safe as an area.
It's hard enough to run a group out there anyway, even if as I assume dwarves can pass freely. Nobody goes there any more, which is a shame as it's a cool location.
