Higgins currently has no store available, yet she seems to have set up shop and gives the option to see her wares.

Perhaps she's turned to prostitution.

Actually, that's almost certainly because the NPC was moved, but the actual store was not.

Still happening until this is resolved could we get some things available at other stores like climbing gear, wand blanks, and what not?

On a related note, with the disappearance of Higgins from the Market Hall the availability of generic equipment has greatly diminished. Regardless of IC causes, this is still quite annoying!
