The quest given by the the Wyrm Watchers at the Area where Jaxes the Swift, Wyrm Watcher, gives the quest is still prone to bugging.
Recently a group ran this quest, and added someone during the relatively early portion of the quest, and the spawns went ballistic, garnering 3 times the normal spawns.
