Seemed to be fixed as of last reset.
While skillpoints, spent or otherwise, seem to be back in working order, I have to ask if the 'secondary skills' work differently now, or are still broken?
Putting that here since they are not doing what they used to do for me, namely giving a boost to the related primary skill (at all, even if "maxed out").
Resting, resetting and other such tricks did not yet fix that.
I seem to get no added boost in my skills for these EFUSS skills. I have 5 ranks in Secondary Lore, which should add +1 to my lore, yet I have nothing showing, unless it's in rolls only? Also, I have 10 Astronomy and have failed at the telescope quest every single time and in the past never ever had such failure streak of ALWAYS. I think it may be related to why EFUSS skills are not adding to your normal skills anymore, in some way.

Secondary skills still not working
Confirmed. I lost 4 persuade skills when I took Secondary Diplomacy. My character has the cultist perk too, perhaps that has something to do with it?
