Seems I am currently not getting a boost to primary skills from any number of ranks in corresponding secondary skills.
First off I am interested if I am the only one who experiences that (Me being Platine Dispositif, character Ninara Caydarin)..
And secondly, if it's not likely to be fixed, is there a way to liberate spent points in order to re-invest them into one of the other EFUSS skills that actually may have a use?
