So I realize that we are all playing with different speeds of connection some faster than others so I understand why walking ahead to the next transition without looking back to see if your party has caught up with you is natural. However, there are those of us who have slower connection speeds which makes it so by the time we transition everyone else is either in the next area or far out of sight. What I am asking is that those with faster connection speeds try to be a bit more mindful of those with slower connections and to wait to make sure that everyone is together before proceeding onward. Because EFU is a more dangerous server than others and leaving a party member behind can wind up in their death espicially if they are new and don't know enough of the server to make it on their own. Add to the fact EFU doesn't use the party system so you can't check the map to see where your group is even if they are in the same area. Anyways thanks to everyone who read this and I hope people will keep this in mind for the future.
It's a nice courtesy that I always try to afford for exploring/questing groups. But as far as PvP I wouldn't expect people to.
Of course it wouldn't make sense with PvP because the other person is trying to kill you. I was referring to exploring/questing groups only.

If people are doing this I'd re-evaluate who my group consists of.

I don't think it's a conscious or malicious thing. I've had it happen to me many a time. Even when I had a good solid connection, but had slow transitions. It's a bit immersion breaking, but usually if they're way out of sight, a quick tell will bring someone back. I know there's been a few quests that the minute you come through a transition you're in the middle of action, so you can't always stop and do a headcount. But yes, overall, it would be nice/better if we could be more aware of where our party members are and if they're still with us.
Unless there is some reason to run ahead and F the rest of the party (Chasing someone or combat) it usually makes more sense in both a tactical and politeness way to stop and do a quick headcount before charging off for loot and xp.
But it comes down to just sending a quick tell to hold up at transitions, anyone who says no I personally would avoid grouping with in the future.
As far as PvP goes i who have a faster connection usually never run ahead at transitions, giving the pursuer a reasonable benefit of the doubt if it was close. That's just good etiquette.
