Built solely out of the idea of a handful of PC's, the Imperial Army of New Netheril sits as the latest stage of the "New Netherese Empire". A heavily PC-driven, PC oriented faction surroudning the Transcendant Conclave and it's Emperor.
Vast expansionism, the "Imperial Capitol" of Sis Liman, conflict with the locals, merchant endeavors, work with many deemed "Unwelcoming" to even the most liberal of sensibilities so long as they serve the Emperor (Slavers, monsters, etc) and more can be expected.
