Pathfinder perk always used to be a favorite of mine.. Say what you want, at least it worked.
And it has, for a good while, but now it seems the speed bonus is gone, in ALL areas.
It's not shown anywhere, even though it used to, and it is a bit difficult to test, but 10% should at least be noticable but I no longer out-run people as I used to.
Did something about the perk change, or is this a common issue by now?
