Title: The Stewards - ever wonder what is out there?
Post by: IxTheSpeedy on February 07, 2012, 12:20:29 AM
The most mysterious of the mysterious factions needs some new recruits.  The level of discovery that is out there for the Stewards is pretty incredible.  We've got quite a few Druids banging around and of course could use more but if you've ever wanted to play a guardian in particular, get on in.

It's a pretty great time to start up.  There are tons of plots, we just got a whole "internal facelift" of sorts and with the number of Druids around you'll likely be literally showered with goodies...

Most classes can work as guardians.  Priests of nature Gods, obviously rangers and barbarians, sorcerers are perfect.

Any questions jump into #teamnature on IRC or shoot one of us a PM, be glad to help develop concepts.

The channel has been #treehuggers for a long time.

"Team Nature" is hurting for new players. These days, there are a number of plots and things to do as a druid or wildling, which will have a drastic effect on the server as a whole depending on how they play out.

As a Steward, or even just a standard wildling, now is a great time to get out there, explore the wilds and kick some H'balan ass.

Stewards rock. Wilds rock. Get out there and get dirty, Stewards or not. Of course I'm totally biased as a frequent nature player. Hell, there are so many amazing things out there to do. This server is truly amazing and has so much to explore and experience. If you haven't tried a nature type though give it a shot. It's a whole different experience and community than what you might be used to in civilization.

As an infrequent nature player, I will also say that playing on team nature is a very interesting and rewarding experience.

Not for the faint of heart, though!

Need more Team Nature (Stewards, stargazers, etc) PCs! So much out there to discover, explore, plot, and hunt. Plus, theres countless concepts you can play.. from the tribal sorcerer to the raging barbarian.

Having played Stewards briefly at one point, I cannot recommend it highly enough if you want to learn more about the lore of Ymph.

Ever wanted to play a team nature PC?  Miss playing a tree hugger?  I know you do...  We just got a few new members and a few recent server changes are getting us a lot of good RP nowadays.

DO IT DO IT!

Feel free to hop over to #treehuggers in IRC or shoot one of us a PM if you want to discuss concepts.

Recruit me! ...er..., I mean...

As someone playing my first nature character (ever, actually, not just on EfU!), I'm completely and totally in awe of the depth and detail of what's been out there this whole time without me knowing about any of it.

I'm not sure what plots and the like are in the works, as I'm just starting out myself, but I'd definitely recommend giving it a spin if you haven't tried it and really want to experience the server in a different way.

I can only suggest that people give this wonderful faction, and indeed the concept of a nature character entirely, a go if they haven't already. Nature spawns some of the most vastly ranging concepts and has given me some of the most deep and worthwhile RP as can be found on EFU.

#treehuggers is the channel, head on over and head out into the woodland. You won't regret it.

I'd also like to recommend that people who are considering a nature-themed concept give it a try! I'm certainly looking to raise a little hell out in the woods.

Stewards > All

Get with it, EFU. Sheesh.

We definitely need druids! What's a druidic circle without druids? An undead Ymph, that's what! So get in here and hug some trees!

There's a lot of potential for a lot of personal and faction power waiting to be exploited, too, and a ton of secrets to be found. I'm finding new things every day! Things only Stewards can find!

We also currently have two of the coolest characters on the server atm in this faction, too, number one being Arty, of course.

Haven been Great Druid before, to be succeeded by TEH FURY, and generally have trolled around with Team nature let me assure you - recent changes to the server have made it easier than it ever has been to join the Outcasts/Wildfolk/Stewards and still be an effective and present character, far better than trekking between the Unyielding Pass and the Lowlands like we used to have to do.

Remember that playing a Druid doesn't mean you have to fight the town, or even that you can't visit the town. You just can't idle in the square like some nancy.

If you can stomach the awful nature players, this experience is pretty good.

Annnnnd Bump.

We've got a good group going and have some real big things happening right now.  It's a great time to join team nature.  Druids and Guardians are both needed.  Almost any kind of character can come up with a story that can work (except the obvious exceptions like Paladins, etc.)

Feel free to PM with any ideas or to discuss concepts, etc.

Yes, team nature can be quite lonely at times, but very rewarding.  But it is awfully nice have the run of the server and walking about with a saber cat in tow, ready to roflstomp baddies for you!

Nothing like rocking out with the Stewards.... enemies galore.  Friends aplenty.  Always something to do, either as a group or even solo if you must.

If you have not tried this faction, I strongly urge you to try it.

As a long time nature player, I can only once again echo that there is much fun to be had in the wilderness. If you're thinking of trying a Druid, or any nature related concept then the Circle of Stewards are always in need of members.

Don your leaf related armours, grab your knobbly wooden staff or club and go for a walk through Ymph. You won't regret it.

I'm just going to give this a gentle bump.

There is a lot going on with the Stewards right now. If you've any Druidic or Nature oriented concept idea squirreled away, now is the time to consider it!

We have a LOT of plots going on, and very few people to fill them. Roll a Guardian and join us as any class, or roll a druid and make circle politics more interesting!

Maybe sharing more plots is a better way to cope with an abundance of them. Just saying.
