Can there be a transition to "Short Cut" back to the start of the quest with? Please?
It hurts having to walk all the way back through the quest.
I think its intended, Thomas.
It's so DM's can spawn Shargeerans and destroy you when your buffs wear off.
Kindly cease your trolling comments. This is a suggestion forum, not a "Poke inane comments" forum.
I understand that `sometimes` things happen on the way back, but it has been recent experience this has not occurring.
It really isn't much to ask for a way back quickly, most groups will walk back to grab corpse loot anyways.
I think you're a little too quick to call "troll", here.
I agree with this suggestion. That quest is looooong! But, it also gives you a chance to loot on the way back.
Brood Hive is long too and so is gnolls (though less so) and both have a shortcut so I would support this. If a DM wants to bring the pain then he can block the tranny to force folks to walk back.
'Block the tranny'?!? Kindly loose your epithets towards people of different lifestyles elsewhere!
A secondary concern for shortcuts back is whether they are IC. It's something that can be looked into.

Of course no offense was intended toward our gay/lesbian/bisexual/transexual/queer/questioning brothers, sisters, and hermaphroditic siblings of indeterminant plumbing *wink*
Seriously though, all PC (um, political correctness in this case) kidding aside, that was a good point about keeping some plausibility in the placement of a TRANSITION (is that better?) back to the start of the quest. This could be rectified with a "you follow a confusing and winding path that eventually winds your way back to the start" kind of thing in some quests.
Here's one for ya: two-spirited.
Yeah.
Look it up.

No need. I'm an anthropologist with a keen interest in Native American studies among other sub-areas. So I will see your two-spirit/berdache and raise you a hijra as well as a fa'afafine ;)
We're off topic now so I'm ending transmission.
