Can we have an OOC note on the rat quest on the Ziggurat that just says: "OOC: Be aware that this quest carries with it a risk of permanent death for your character"? I just think this has happened too many times to not be a real concern.

Which quest is this you are talking about, the 'fat rat' quest?
What has happened too many times to not be a real concern?
Why would any 'scripted quest' be considered more or less of a 'permadeath quest' than any other?
What happened to trigger this post?
