I created a new character without anything out of the ordinary, race Human, subrace blank. Each time I log him in I get a message saying: "ERROR: Creature Skin not found. [CR] Player Tools disabled.".
His name is "Marten Malloy" and my accountname is "Jasede".
I have the same on Giles Wainwright.
Ivan Ironknuckles also has the same problem.
Update:
It now says, upon login:
ERROR: Unable to find an equipped skin.
Player tools disabled.
DEBUG: 0x01.
This should be fixed as of next reset. If existing characters are not automatically granted a new skin, ask for a DM to spawn you a human one, equip it by quickslotting and activating it.
