When the creatures spawn you can see them by tabbing but they are not visible on screen so impossible to target (about 50% were like this).

Maybe my PC but then again maybe not.

Sometmies happen to all sorts of spawns. Not a bug, either relog or hope you get an AOO

Game bug, yes. It happens.
