When using the placeable in the chest to aquire all of your items at once into your inventory the catalogue will keep displaying all the items.
Even when new items are put in the catalogue will show the old ones (and the new ones of course).
I tried taking items out manually and then adding items and taking them out with the tool in the chest, every time the chest tool was used the items would remain in the catalogue.
