Volkmar is apparently supposed to give you a key to Lewis' home but he never does. Because he sucks. And he's secretly a Conclavist.

There's also no information to be found in either the marketplace or tavern. Volkmar says it -should- be found there, but isn't. Seems like the quest is only half implented!
