Title: Bring back multipack healing herbs!

In the old herbalism system, it was possible to create herbalism packs which weighed like, 1 lbs, I think. You could use it and then it would turn into five 0.5 lbs healing herbs.

I think these should make a return! Lugging around tones of 0.5 lbs healing herbs is such a pain :(

Or, conversely, reduce the weight of healing herbs to .2!
