Title: Thanatol
Post by: Spiffy Has on June 28, 2012, 02:19:42 AM
PC name: Secondus Paegniarius
Account: Morituri Te Salutant

I took Thanatol after I got the message "You need your fix!" (DC 27 will save) and the penalty was removed, however, two minutes later, while the Thanatol effect was still in place, I got an even BIGGER penalty (down to 3 con, DC 29 will save).

So essentially, I am high, but I need more Thanatol.

This seems like a bug!

I know for powerful drugs you have to take more and more to get your fix. Perhaps you needed two Thanatol?

Maybe, if so, It would be nice to get the full benefits of a Thanatol if you use it the first time (possibility of overdose?)

I believe that bonuses diminish, too.

It sounds like the addiction script is working perfectly to me.  Progressively higher doses for progressively less benefit.

This is correct, but the more doses you take the more benefits you should receive!

Drugs aren't worth it.

Doi.

Totally are, otherwise, our doctors would be out of business!

Recreational drugs are not, though.

Thomas, You need more Doses for your fix, yet due to addiction you get less results. So its more for less, the further you go along.

Just say No.

I am sure the Conclave has a 12 step program for drug addicted Consorts in their hefty benefits package.
