Jacob Reach was originally from Westgate. He was little more then a cutthroat and sought little more then to the pleasures of food, women and the chance to live another day. Coming to Ymph changed him very little until he was persuaded to join the Transcendent Conclave as Caliphar Albert Reed's Consort. He chose Albert Reed because of his less then good nature and joined the conclave for the chance to be one of the strongest and most feared people on Ymph. His patron Deity was Loviatar and being part of the conclave gave him many opportunities to inflict pain on people.
