Alchemist's Fire, the extra weight to your punches. But if your weapon has 1 damage from fire, ice, or some other form, you can't apply it. And that just sucks for Fighters.
I was told at one point that the single 1 damage was originally a 1D4. Now I can imagine this change was necessary (and would be certainly OP on my current weapon. :V), but Alchemist's fire is a nice touch.
Would it be possible to add tweaks to allow Alchemist's Fire on such weapons?
Or replace with the higher value rather than stacking, so instead of 1 acid and 1d4 fire it does 1d4 fire. And if some Flame Weapon (ice) is cast on it it does 1d6 cold instead of 1d4 fire. Don't know if that'd be possible at all though.
It used to do 1d4 I belive. And that was great for certain places ig, defenatly not too OP. 1 Damage is just too low. So I suguest upping it to 1d4 agien.
It'd probably be counted as bias if I agreed, but I can't find any reason why to say no to that. :V
I think it would be kind of OP. I mean whetstones IG seem kind of similar to what is being suggested here and those are +1 damage only as well. Not to mention being a lot more expensive and definitely not a common drop. But whetstones are also fairly outdated so..
To clarify, he's not asking for Alchemist Fire to be made stronger in any way. He's asking for elemental damage types to either stack. Alchemist fire will work the same way as ever unless the weapon has an elemental damage type on it.
Is anything becoming of this? No pressure. :>
We're unlikely to implement this simply because we have other things that are of a higher priority.
So, does this no longer add Flame Weapon Level 1 and so stack with other buffs? :(
