Title: Rogue Perk: Politician - Cha Bonus not applying

My +2 cha from Politician is not applying. It did when I first took the lvl 8 rogue perk, but now after a reset it is not.

and the reset perk tool is not working. Only the lvl 8 Politician Perk is failing to proc, lvl 5 Diplomat still is.

A reset come and gone and this still is busted, so my master plan of waiting for a server reset has failed me :(

Resettan, restan, and refreshan perks, none of it works and my +2 cha eludes me
