This originally started out as a not-so-serious concept, but over the time I and the people who joined me had a blast. So we decided to spice things up, and go the more serious route!
If you feel yourself wanting to play a uncaring, ambitious and above all greedy smuggler/criminal/lowlife or otherwise someone of poor upbringing who isn't overly concerned with the law, keep on reading!
Because the Ziggurat, or Mythallar, as I've been explained brings people from all across the realm into Ymph, chances are that there is a reason why these are selected! They share some sort of bloodbond with the old Netherese stalking this Isle, or the prisoners imprisoned upon it. Perfect excuse to get a one for all, all for one, type of concept going.
The idea is that the Sterr's will be working on establishing a name for themselves in Mistlocke. Merchanting, criminal activities, pirating or heroic feats are all part of the plan. When enough coin has been amassed there're other goals, but I won't be describing these here..
Firmly opposed to anyone trying to take their coin away from them, this group is bound to run into conflict with several of the organisations around the Island. For example the current bandit faction, or the rivalling merchants, thieves and mercenaries trying to outdo them.
Securing new contracts with the several other "outposts" of civilised creatures is a pre. The Sterr's might be criminal, but they won't hesistate to earn coin the legal way if it's profitable enough!
We will go exploring, find treasure all across the Isle and secure it for our own greedy arses. End goal is, however, getting off Ymph. Be it by securing a ship, or finding a way off the Island, anything'll do and anything'll work so long as the Sterr's get away from this "prison".
They will probably bend from TN to CE. Umberlee, Mask, and Shar are the favored deities.

Background Being of a poor familly in the docksides of Luskan, they never had much choice other than abandoning home and joining one of the organisations around the city. Be it mercenary, criminal groups, whoring one-self out or becoming a bounty hunter/watchman. Anything that would bring in coin would be given consideration.
Now that they've arrived on Ymph, this won't change..
Goals
- Become established as a reknown familly;
- Conquer and overcome anything threatening their wealth;
- Ally with those willing to help, or support them;
- Discover a way off the Isle;
- Find loads of treasure;
- Possibly finding their own House, with all the benefits from doing such. This includes;
- Becoming Nobles!;
- Claiming territory!;
- Get ships! Break the blockade!;
- Messing with the wildlings!;
- Get into positions of power both within as outside Mistlocke!;
- others to come...
