It's only a minor quibble, but is there some reason I can't set an avatar yet?
You should be able to set one, and if you can't I'll get right on it. You could have bug reported this, BTW. ;)

Erm... as for being a bug, I didn't know it was one until you said so (some forums I've been on just restrict who can set avatars). Feel free to move it though!
