Title: Bounty NPCs - No Wild Magic

Figured I'd mention that I went to hunt one of Barry Pickhem's bounties last night with Xyth.  We found out that the Bounty npcs can still spam all of their potions.  Wild Magic doesnt effect them apparently.  Is this a bug?

Wild magic script doesn't seem to affect NPC's.

I think I saw a nightriser warlock fail a spell. But that was before he spammed 10 spells without problems.
