Thanks! Thanks now for the many hours of hard and thankless work to come.  Thanks now for the countless amount of Bitching and Whinning you will endure.  Thanks now for the headaches and baby-sitting I'm sure will follow.

A Dm's job is often thankless, one that often seems 'demanded' from by the playing class.  Just know, that even though we often forget to say it, each of us thanks you.
