There is currently no option to tell Montgomery Dredzle that his joke was legitimately funny without using bluff. All of the jokes are funny, without exception, and I need to tell the NPC so.

I would appreciate a quick response to this most dire issue, perhaps with an accompanying temporary Intelligence reduction for choosing this option.

Needs to be an option if your character's intelligence or wisdom are less than ten.
