Title: Sorc Perk: Spellsword - Level 5 Bonus not Proccing

Level 5 bonus to Spellsword (+3 taunt, +2 magic dmg to melee/ranged attacks) are not proccing. Lvl 1 proccing fine. Have tried dispelling all effects and resetting perk, zoning, and resting. Have not waited through reset yet.

This perk is still not functioning post-reset.
