Please hostile when pickpocketing.

Pretty sure you only have to hostile if you are pick pocketing from stealth.

Yes, if you're doing it from stealth then you need to be hostile, if you're not stealthed then you don't hostile because it would allow you to instantly ID the thief just by whoever the red guy is.

Oh come on. It's simple. If you get pickpocketed, you just check to see if Molly is online. If she is, she was the one who did it.

You're not really losing much gold.

I'm not saying people shouldn't follow rules, of course, but -

It's not that big a deal. Pickpocketing is more flavor than anything else.
