She was ... everything I expected her to be and nothing like I expected her to be. Right now, I don't have quite the right words for what a journey it's been. I'm still in shock. I've been playing her since Dec 26, 2011 ... so I'm feeling a bit lost.
The list of people that have made this journey such a memorable one would take pages. So thank you to you all, and thank you to the DMs that helped me exceed anything I thought I'd ever achieve in EFU.
Much love to you all. <3 <3 <3
Now for the screenies. I had over 500, but most were various things that I wanted to remember later. I missed some that I would have dearly loved to have had, so if any of you have them, please post. (The ones I missed ... My initiation in the Watchers, Teaching Dagul to read, Introducing Barkor & Dagul, Playing with Charcoal, Burying Barkor and Belauk, Dancing with a 'gazer in a grove, Making friends with Bucky, Getting Bucky & Olag within sniffing distance of each other, and various other shenanigans)

Is Marcail dead too? Only the DMs know for sure.
The leading theory is that Rani & Marcail were tied through blood and magic ... so the mystery remains

[hide="Finally - The Loot"]
With the loot, I'm not going to show what it did. It was amazing stuff, and the flavor of it was quite cool. Mad props to the DMs for it <3 (Now if only I had remembered to use most of it at those key times)
The "boob" armor ^_^ (yes, I'll make an exception for the armor)

...Rani?
Oh my God. She seemed like part of the bedrock of EfU: Mistlocke. She will be missed. :(
But awesome, awesome character!
<3
~tOH.
Where life is the length of two months in EFU, I'd say Rani is a grandma.
It was real, WWind. Initiated my first character ever into the Watchers, and got into plenty of shenanigans as Joseph. :>
Epic
Amongst the few PCs that I had interacted with her, she always left an impression.
Frustration
Love
Admiration
Worry
One of my favorite PCs of all times. A real cornerstone of EFU:M.
It was a pleasure
Great character WWind!
Brilliant
Marcail is dead?! :'C
Sad :(
Wow.... just Wow. I remember when you created Rani, Inducting her into the Watchers, and watching as she almost died protecting Marcail as she gave her life to the tree.
Sorry to see her go, I hope her death was one to be proud of and will leave a lasting effect on Efu.
(Now wth is this about Marcail being dead too? Did she at least die protecting you? I could be happy with that. :P )
What a cool character, who has made her mark on the server...and the magic that is Mistlocke. She will be missed for sure.
A very solid and enduring character that helped represent a lot of the less seen parts of a major faction, with her own areas of interest. Very well done, WWind, Rani was excellent :)
The Dorf crew lost there friend. So sad. What a great character. Good luck on the Next.
Initial post has been updated ...
Obviously we need to kill your PCs off faster >:-]
Rani was a cornerstone of EfU:M for the past year, well done!
Whaaaaat!? I just got the news that Rani's dead! What happened? ;(
Rani was a total joy, WWind.
An amazing character WWind! Wish I had more interactions with her. Looking forward to your next character.
Congratulations and thank you for Rani Bégon, the voice of the Forest. We won't forget her anytime soon, we still hear the echoes through the woods.
;)
Twelve kinds of epic and awesome. Whether the Watchers were thriving or dipping downward in activity, Rani was always able to add that touch of immersion whenever she tip-toed out from the forests and graced us with her presence. There was an almost mysterious, magical quality to seeing her about the woods and the like, and she was great to hang around and adventure with in the scant few chances that I had to interact with her. It's nice to know she was, one way or another, reunited with Marcail.
One of my favorite moment of Rani. Such a deep Character.

Worst Watcher to date for allowing a H'balan into the faction!
:P
Nice job!
Twelve!!! You have a screenie of it! <3 <3 <3
And Corrigo ... pfft ... we have some rather interesting types in the Watchers. You played it off well. You weren't the first to have odd tics :P
And thank you, all of you. It's really really weird to not log in as her. It's amazing to me to see her through other people's eyes. To me she was ... Rani. I likely played her far too long as there were times that ... hrm, not quite sure how to put it. She was as familiar and comfortable to me as a favorite pair of jeans. So to see how others saw her is humbling <3
